Flexible rate: free cancellation or change up to 48 hours before 3 pm on the day of arrival. After that, or in case of no-show, the first night is charged.
-
Non-refundable rate: no refund in case of cancellation, change or no-show.
-
For bookings of 4 rooms or more, specific conditions are communicated at the time of booking.
6. Payment
The stay is paid for on site, on arrival or departure, by credit card, cash or French holiday vouchers (chèques-vacances). An invoice is provided on departure.
7. Your stay
The Auberge is a non-smoking establishment. Small and medium-sized dogs are accepted in the rooms on request, for a supplement. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause; the cost of repairs will be invoiced to them.
8. Liability
The Auberge is not responsible for valuables left in rooms or in vehicles parked in the car park. It reserves the right to refuse a guest whose behaviour is contrary to decency or to the peace of other guests.
9. Disputes and mediation
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the guest may make free use of a consumer mediator, in accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The mediator's contact details are available at reception. Failing an agreement, the courts of Angoulême have jurisdiction.
