Data we collect
When you book a room or a table, we collect the data needed to manage your stay: surname, first name, email address, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests, any preferences and, for guaranteed bookings, payment details handled by our secure payment provider.
When you contact us by email or phone, we keep your message and contact details for as long as it takes to deal with your request.
In accordance with French regulations, we will also ask foreign nationals to complete a police registration form on arrival.
Purposes and legal bases

Managing bookings and your stay (performance of the contract).

Invoicing and accounting/tax obligations (legal obligation).

Sending news about the Auberge, only if you have consented; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Retention period
Booking data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then archived for the statutory periods (10 years for accounting records). Police registration forms are kept for 6 months. Contact requests are kept for 1 year.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the Auberge's staff and, where necessary, for our service providers: booking engine, payment provider, website host, accountant. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
Cookies
This site only uses technical cookies required for it to work (display preferences, consent). Google reviews and embedded maps are only loaded after you agree; you can change your choice at any time via the "Update privacy settings" link at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@aubergeduliondor.fr or by post at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
